Step 1

Design & Development

Our expert engineering team focuses on user comfort, strength, and reliability. Each EV is designed to suit Indian road conditions, ensuring durability, stability, and smooth performance for every rider.

Step 2

Chassis Manufacturing

We use high-strength Mild steel and precision welding techniques to create a rigid yet lightweight frame. Each chassis is designed to handle daily loads and challenging terrains with optimum weight distribution. After fabrication, every frame undergoes surface treatment and powder coating to protect against rust and corrosion ensuring long-lasting durability.

Step 3

Battery Pack Manufacturing

Our in-house battery pack manufacturing unit ensures total control over quality and performance. We use fireproof LMFP cells with smart BMS integration for safe and efficient power delivery.Each pack is assembled with precision laser welding, followed by multi-stage testing for temperature, charge, and discharge performance.The result: a reliable, long-life battery that delivers consistent power in all weather conditions.

Step 4

Component Integration

All major components hub motor, controller, charger, and wiring harness are integrated with meticulous attention to detail. Each connection is tested for efficiency, insulation, and safety compliance before the scooter moves to final assembly.

Step 5

Testing & Quality Control

Every Fission EV passes through a series of stringent quality checks including: Structural and vibration testing, Battery load and endurance testing,  Waterproof and electrical safety testing, Road simulation and performance trials

Only after clearing all these checkpoints does a vehicle earn the Fission EV badge.
